alternate Sqw table data format: use standard McStas data format with xylimits

As Sqw files require to have a regular sampling as

# header file+q q # header w w # header sqw sqw

I suggest to accept normal McStas data format

# header # xylimits for q and w sqw

which is easier to generate from Monitors.
