Added new, simpler description of a field - corresponds to starting/ending Pol_simpleBfield comps plus slits. Simple precession area - not concentric.

Adding SE_example2.instr - same as SE_example.instr, but using the new comp...

Excluding trivialities we should now be ready for release of 1.12b - will happen before my vacation (early next week)
